We are looking to exclusively place a Head of Digital Products at the Munich premises. You are the domain owner for over 400 applications used by various parts of the company for both customer-facing and internal processes. You are responsible for strategy, prioritization, investments, and value creation for the applications throughout the entire product lifecycle. This includes the roadmap, product-focused management, setting procedural norms and standards, identifying synergies and potential in development and portfolio management, and especially aligning leadership in a complex corporate organization. Your performance will be measured by business value, development time, cost and complexity reduction, and the NPS (Net Promoter Score). |

15+ years in product/portfolio management, IT, or digital transformation as a leader Experience in a Product Operating Model with a strong focus on measurable IT/application value Change management and successful digital transformation project experience with trackable results Successful stakeholder management/navigation with verifiable references
